Transport Operations Executive

The Roles

This is a temporary role (three months contract) with an immediate start. You will be responsible for delivering excellent operational support in day to day administration specifically in relation to planning, collecting, checking and delivering all coaching & driver requirements. Excellent Customer service to internal and external customers for all brands serviced by Tracoin within the TTC group.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the transport services sourced are of the standard and quality required
  • Be responsible for coach services and drivers quality check
  • To manage and resolve possible complaints by liaising with suppliers and internal departments
  • Ensure accurate information and updates on transport services are promptly communicated to internal departments
  • Deliver within deadlines
  • Communicate clearly at all levels of responsibility and with all internal departments to make sure that information is received and properly understood
  • Follow departmental or team guidelines and procedures
  • Prioritize workload according to deadline always ensuring high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain an environment which supports the spirit of teamwork and where team members are committed, loyal and take pride in working for the company

 Experience and Skills

  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Strong organizational skills, planning and good time management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Proactive thinker capable of working under pressure
  • Approachable manner with both colleagues, clients and suppliers
  • Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Must be self-motivated, positive, confident and results driven
  • Additional European Languages highly desirable
